Once your return has arrived in our warehouse you can get a refund of the payment within 7 working days. We will initiate a refund to the payment method used to make your purchase. For Order Refund inquiries, please email support@vanihome.com.

A: If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, here are some steps you can take:
1. Check with other recipients
Your order could have been received by other members of your household, guards, receptionists, or lobby personnel on your behalf. You may also check mailbox and with neighbours.
2. Check your local pick up points
Your order could be at your local pick up point. A simple google search of your area will show you them.
3. Contact the seller or courier service
You can directly contact the logistics partner.
If you received a call or SMS from the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Rider, consider reaching out to them to ask about your package. This may be due to the wrong tagging of orders.
4. Check your delivery address
Ensure that your delivery address is correct. On the order details page and order confirmation email, you can view your delivery address.
5. Raise a refund request
You may raise a refund request for non-receipt of the order as long if it has been over 14 days after you ordered it. Please reach out to support@vanihome.com You may also call (814) 801-3829 . We will answer the phone 24/7 and reply to emails within 12 hours during working/ business days.
When your order is ready to ship, we assign the UPS tracking number. Until UPS scans that number and loads your project into the truck, it will show up as invalid.
If you attempt to track your order, try it after 8 pm ET or the following business day for best results.

Due to an unusually high volume of inquiries, we may need more time than normal to answer to your call. We apologize in advance for any delays and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Calls usually are answered after 10m on hold in our waiting area. Please do wait until 10m has passed until you hang up. Our team also strives to call all missed calls back on the same day.

The micro CPAP comes in a standard size and should fit most people. If it doesn't fit please use vaseline!
